A new vision for Willoughby

Bringing together Mirvac’s 50 years of experience in designing and building quality homes, Mirvac Design is proud to transform a place that has been locked away for more than 60 years. Following the departure of Channel Nine in Willoughby, Mirvac has been trusted with the dismantling of one of Sydney’s most recognisable landmarks, the 233m TX transmission tower, to make way for a vibrant new residential community, Nine by Mirvac.

Designed with a focus on nature and community, Mirvac Design worked with leading architectural studio, Chrofi, to bring about three distinct architectural styles which melded to form a united identity. The luxury residences feature light and open spaces with carefully considered bespoke features that speak to Mirvac’s extensive experience in creating quality homes. It’s the finer details that make these apartments stand out from the rest.
