The Frederick by Mirvac Designs Showcased in The Local Project Publication

June 2022 – The latest stage development of the Green Square Residences, named The Frederick, has been featured in the latest edition of The Local Project – a architectural journal showcasing achievements in design across Australia and New Zealand. The Local Project prints tri-annually and celebrates notable achievements in a range of subjects, including Commercial – of which The Frederick is featured alongside other notable developments.

Rising 23 stories, The Frederick is a residential tower boasting sleek, luxurious design with multi bedroom living and award winning on site amenities at its Zetland location. The development was designed in partnership by both the Mirvac Designs team and Smart Design Studio who collaborated to deliver modern apartment living as an extension of the Green Square site.
